EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

There was a need for an asynchronous class for individuals in an organization who need to use the Tools application on their own and understand its basics. 

challenges

The company uses emails and various project management tools to track their progress and manage projects, however, the misalignment throughout the team causes delays, miscommunications and missed deadlines.  

SOLUTION

Using Storyline Rise, I was able to assist the team and give each member a short learning experience (under 30 minutes) to understand the basics of Tasks and implement its use immediately after course completion.
